The artist whose first cartoon was published in 1983 won his first prize in 1987. His cartoons have been published in many magazines and newspapers since 1983. He has participated many exhibitions and competitions in Turkey and abroad. He has won numerous prizes in different competitions. The artist is also a calligrapher, as well as doing illustrations for books.
